Description

Location: Worcester, MA - Lincoln Street Outpatient Treatment Program

Schedule: Full-time, at least 40 hours

Pay rates: $51,000-$53,000 (Master's Level). $59,000-$67,800 (LMHC or LICSW licensure). Opportunities for additional bonus pay based on number of treatment hours conducted each week.

Responsibilities
  • Providing quality individual clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis needs.
  • Providing group treatment using Spectrum curriculum and following facilitation protocol.
  • Referring clients to community services as necessary.
  • Maintaining clinical skills, competencies, licensure, and certifications, and attending meetings and trainings.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Minimum of Master's degree in a related field.
  • At least one year of supervised counseling experience.
  • LICSW or LMHC licensure preferred.
