Are you a compassionate, trauma-informed clinician who wants to make a real difference—right from the comfort of your home?

We’re looking for licensed or certified behavioral health professionals in Michigan who speak Spanish and have experience working with immigrant populations, trauma, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual therapeutic and psychoeducational groups focused on trauma, stress, anxiety, and resilience.
• Conduct individual assessments and provide crisis interventions as needed.
• Lead 1:1 therapy sessions for clients needing more targeted support.
• Collaborate with our care coordination team and participate in light administrative tasks (documentation, check-ins, etc.) - our platform makes admin work substantially more efficient and less cumbersome.

Qualifications

• Licensed or certified to provide behavioral health services in the state of Michigan (MFT, LLMSW, LMSW, LPC, LLP, etc.).
• Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to provide services and documentation in Spanish when required.
• Demonstrated experience working with immigrant populations, trauma survivors, and clients facing anxiety, depression, or chronic stress.
• Familiarity with mindfulness, harm reduction, or culturally responsive therapeutic practices is a plus.
