Job summary

Lighthouse ABA, based in New York City, is seeking passionate BCBA/LBAs to join their dedicated team. In this role, you will conduct behavior assessments, develop support plans, and assist staff in effectively addressing the needs of children with autism.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s Degree in ABA, be BCBA certified, and ideally have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This position offers a part-time schedule with a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and write reports summarizing results.
• Develop positive behavior support plans.
• Oversee implementation of treatment plans.
• Assist staff in day‑to‑day training for targeted behavioral needs and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Train staff to implement strategies to prevent occurrence of target behaviors and de‑escalation strategies.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of data and make programming adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related program.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• LBA certification (preferred).
• Prefer minimum of one year working after BCBA certification.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Spanish speaking.

Job Information

• Salary: $80.00 – $95.00 per hour.
• Location: In‑person/Hybrid.

• Availability: Please be able to reliably commute to New York, NY, or plan to relocate before starting work.
