Heartland Behavior seeks compassionate individuals to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism. No prior experience required; paid training available. You’ll work part-time, with flexible afternoon/evening hours and opportunities to advance within the ABA field.

Responsibilities include direct ABA implementation, data collection, and collaborating with families and the clinical team to improve outcomes for clients. Requires a 40-hour RBT course and a minimum 6-month commitment.
