Heartland Behavior in Kansas seeks caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes and community-based locations across the area.

No experience is required, as paid training is provided, including the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course. Positions start part-time with opportunities for advancement and flexible afternoon/evening hours, ideal for students.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
