Job summary

Language is seeking Spanish Interpreters in Sonoma County, CA for onsite medical appointments. Fluency in English and Spanish and at least 2 years of medical interpreting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Have at least 2 years of medical interpreting experience.
• Be CMI or CCHI certified (preferred).

Position

We are looking for Spanish Interpreters in Sonoma County, CA for medical onsite (in person) appointments.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Be fluent in both English and Spanish (the target language)
• CMI or CCHI certified is a plus
• Have strong verbal communication skills in both languages
• Be familiar with note taking and memory techniques
• Professional and courteous behavior
• Be accustomed to the consecutive interpretation process
• Strong ability and passion for interpretation and customer service
• Knowledge of the interpreter Code of Ethics
• At least 2 years of medical interpreting experience
• AB5 compliant
