Job summary

SAI Interpreting & Translation in Austin, TX seeks individuals fluent in Spanish and English to provide in-person interpretation to help the community with limited English proficiency.

This part-time, contract role offers flexible hours; candidates should have interpretation experience and ideally a two-year degree, or equivalent training.

Must be able to commute to Austin with day shifts, Monday to Friday, in-person interpreting assignments.

Requirements:

• Have informal or professional interpretation experience
• Are fluent in both Spanish and English
• It is preferred to have at least a two-year degree (or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience).
