Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an adjunct instructor to facilitate student learning in a dynamic higher education setting. You will develop engaging instructional strategies, create technology-enabled learning experiences, and continually revise curriculum and materials to meet diverse student needs.

Responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing regular feedback, and collaborating with divisions and partners to support student success and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Spanish or higher with 18 graduate credits in discipline
• Proficiency using a learning management system
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement through innovative methodologies and delivery methods

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student learning and design engaging instructional strategies
• Create learning experiences that integrate instructional technologies
• Assess student learning and provide regular feedback
• Develop and continually revise curriculum and instructional materials
• Support college activities at division, department and team levels
• Build relationships with community, industry, and clinical partners
• Advocate for students and help them achieve their goals
