Job summary

Neighborhood Health in Alexandria, VA is seeking a part-time HIV/Early Intervention Outreach Worker (Spanish) to serve high-risk communities. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish or English/Amharic.
• Experience in health education and working with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to high-risk populations in Alexandria and surrounding counties.
• Perform HIV testing and linkage to care with confidentiality and sensitivity.
• Educate communities about HIV prevention, testing, and available services.
• Collaborate with NH staff to track referrals and ensure follow-up.
• Enter program data into CAREWare/eClinicalWorks and report to supervisors.
