contactlinksolutions is seeking skilled Spanish interpreters based in Latin America for a fully remote opportunity. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, with strong listening and note-taking skills.

This is a full-time contractor role with immediate start after onboarding. You will handle calls, follow interpreter's code of conduct, and work with healthcare vocabulary; testing and background checks may apply based on location.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Based in Latin America.
• Minimum 1 year of interpretation experience.
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills for high accuracy.
• Ability to render concepts/meanings per interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions/additions.
• Ability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication at client request.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, adhering to interpreter's code of conduct.
• Be familiar with industry vocabulary, especially healthcare/medical terms.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.
