TransPerfect Connect (TPC) is seeking Spanish bilinguals at all levels with demonstrated experience using their bilingual skills professionally. We will train you to become an Over the Phone Interpreter.

Candidates must be fluent in Spanish <> English and eager to advocate for our clients, using their language skills to deliver superior consecutive interpretations. Whether helping a patient communicate with a doctor or assisting a family with a bank loan, we want someone excited to use their language abilities to help others.

Interpreters at TransPerfect Connect play a vital role in our success. They enable global communication across language barriers.

Responsibilities include providing consecutive interpretation services over the phone and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services in real-time, assisting clients remotely without physical presence.

Training

All Spanish interpreters receive four weeks of remote/online training with a dedicated trainer. This program covers interpretation skills, industry-specific terms, and protocols. Successful completion involves practice sessions with experienced interpreters.

Post-training, interpreters are expected to demonstrate excellent customer service, communicate clearly and accurately, and meet work requirements. Successful interpreters can learn new subject areas, handle more complex calls, and advance their careers.

Qualifications
