• Assist with the creation of individual learning plans for each student enrolled at NextGen Academy.
• Maintain frequent communication with students and their support network regarding academic progress.
• Communicate and collaborate with teachers and school administrators.
• Participate in staff development opportunities.
• Dress professionally and uphold all school policies.
• Perform other duties, as deemed appropriate, by the principal.

ABOUT US:

GEO Next Generation Academy - Indianapolis is a part of a network of high-quality charter schools managed by the GEO Foundation. It joins 21st Century Academy, Gary Middle College East and Gary Middle College West in delivering a high-quality learning experience to parents and students in Indiana. GEO Next Generation Academy is a tuition-free, public charter school that will begin with K-12 grades. Our teachers cultivate critical thinking skills students need to understand how the world works around them. Our dedicated faculty are committed to providing an outstanding education for students each day as they transition from Elementary School to middle school to high school and COLLEGE. Requirements

• Experience or familiarity in one of the following areas: Blended Learning, Online learning/coursework, Successful teaching experience in an urban environment
