Responsibilities

• Fulfills the adjunct faculty responsibilities as a leader, teacher, advisor, and facilitator of learning.
• Plans optimal learning environments, provides high quality instruction, and engages in ongoing professional development.
• Maintains accurate syllabi, attendance, grades, and timely feedback in accordance with college procedures.
• Delivers instruction with rigor, designs activities for diverse learners, and uses the college's digital learning solution.
• Collaborates on measurable learning outcomes and assessments aligned with THECB core objectives and college goals.
• Supports institutional effectiveness by participating in SOAPs and sharing best practices.
• Promotes active, collaborative learning and a positive classroom atmosphere for students and colleagues.
• Maintains a learning-centered environment and pursues professional development as needed.
