Qualified candidates will hold a BA in Spanish with several years of secondary teaching experience and familiarity with proficiency-based curricula. Responsibilities include teaching from introductory to AP level in a 4 x 4 block schedule and collaborating across language teams.

Qualifications

• BA in Spanish with several years of teaching experience at the secondary school level preferred.
• Experience with constructivist teaching environments and proficiency-based curricula is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Teach all levels of language and culture from introductory to AP in a 4 x 4 block schedule.
• Maintain an average total student load of 32 per term for Spanish classes.
• Collaborate with the Spanish team and multilingual colleagues to design the student experience.
