Provide our customers with fast, friendly service by adhering to common courtesies and delivering the brand promise with every interaction. Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions while following all policies and procedures. Support the sales process by identifying customer needs, promoting current offers, and referring customers for additional financial solutions. Demonstrate all channel capabilities and their benefits to the customer. The role may require working at multiple branch locations to support flexibility and meet customer expectations.

This person will also:

• Perform customer banking transactions, identify and service customer needs, and resolve issues.
• Support the sales process by referring customers to additional financial solutions.
• Share product and service promotions and new opportunities with customers.
• Answer customer questions to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Service vault, night drop, and ATM machines as assigned.
