IBI Healthcare Institute is the fastest growing and innovative Ambulatory Surgery Center looking for a**Part-Time**experienced**Virtual Human Resource Associate** to join our world-class team.

**What We’re Looking For**

* **STRONG Proven experience in the HR field**
* **Payroll Knowledge:**Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance, with experience using**ADP payroll systems**preferred.
* Ability to develop and implement programs to retain great talent within the organization
* **Solution-Driven:**Ability to identify challenges and implement effective HR and talent acquisition solutions.
* **HR Compliance & Best Practices:**Strong understanding of**federal, state, and local employment laws**as they relate to talent acquisition and hiring.
* **Collaborative Approach:**Work with department heads to assess workforce needs and implement tailored hiring solutions.
* **Sense of Urgency & Initiative:**Efficiently handle multiple HR tasks
* **Exceptional Communication Skills:**Ability to engage with team members, managers, and stakeholders effectively.
* **Tech-Savvy:**Experience with**Google Sheets, Excel, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS tools**.

**Main Responsibilities:**

* HR Email Management - Respond and Resolve Staff HR Quries/Inquiries timely via email, call or text (providing superior customer service to staff members)
* Manage HR Benefits packages
* Manage, Prep, and Run Bi-weekly Payroll and Payroll Reports for Executive Review and Approvals

**Secondary Responsibility:**

* Support Talent Acquisition with hiring needs - sourcing, interviewing, onboarding/credentialing new candidates
