Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Family Specialist (Spanish bilingual) in San Jose for the Wraparound Santa Clara program. This full-time, in-person role supports youth and families through behavioral guidance and skill-building within a multidisciplinary team.

You will engage youth aged 12–21 and caregivers, providing direct behavioral interventions and coordinating with the youth therapist to reach family goals. In-person position with 9:00 AM–5:30 PM shift, Sunday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• FS I: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• FS II: Associates degree in a Mental Health, Human Services or closely related field.
• FS III: Bachelor’s degree in a Mental Health, Human Services or closely related field.
• Valid California Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with youth and caregivers to address behavioral challenges and emotional growth.
• Provide practical guidance and coping strategies; uncover unmet needs and reinforce skills.
• Collaborate with youth therapists and the Child and Family Team to support goals.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call system; wraparound services for whole family.

Education
