Responsibilities

1. Under direct supervision of Branch Management, recommend Associated Bank products to existing customers and prospects.
2. Identify, expand, and deepen customer relationships through profiling and recommending deposit and lending products.
3. Provide exceptional customer service through efficient and accurate transaction processing and service request fulfillment.
4. Support the operational integrity of the branch.
5. Use and demonstrate all customer channels, including digital technology.
6. Achieve individual and branch team goals.
7. Support multiple branch locations as needed to promote flexibility and mobility.

This position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.

Operate in full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and S.A.F.E. Act requirements. Submit required information to meet registry requirements, obtain a unique identifier, and maintain registration as directed by the S.A.F.E. Act.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.

Experience: Less than 2 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience.
