Qualifications

Threat Tec, LLC, a rapidly growing Veteran-Owned Business, specializes in Operational Environment (OE) replication and Threat Emulation/Wargaming solutions. We support public and private sector customers, working alongside our nation's defenders to develop innovative solutions that ensure success and security.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assist the Government in managing all aspects of foreign LREC training to enhance the 1SFC(A)’s program.
2. Execute planned and ad hoc tutoring sessions, following the designated POI.
3. Develop daily lesson plans, take attendance, and maintain progress reports.
4. Grade homework and assessments, providing feedback to students and coordination with the Site Lead.
5. Maintain a positive learning environment and address behavioral issues appropriately.
6. Collaborate with the team to address curriculum gaps and employ technology to enhance instruction.

Qualifications include:

• At least ILR level 2 as measured by DoD test.
• TOEFL score of 553 or higher, with 83 minimum overall and at least 20 in each section.
• At least a proficiency level 2 or Advanced-Low (ACTFL) on an OPI.
• Proficiency in the foreign language at ILR level 2+ or ACTFL Advanced-High or higher.

Skills required:

• Instruction in listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Knowledge of regional and cultural topics.
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching and develop learning materials.
• Minimum of 80 hours documented online language teaching training.
