Fusion Academy in Irvine is seeking a dedicated Spanish and Math Teacher for a fully accredited, private 1:1 school serving grades 4–12. You’ll design creative lessons, tailor instruction, and collaborate with passionate colleagues to personalize education for each student—academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities include delivering differentiated instruction, building strong parent partnerships, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree(s) or credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach Spanish courses 1–5 and High School Math.
• Experience with students with learning differences and social-emotional needs.
• Mentoring experience and passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, growth-minded and collaborative.
• Tech-savvy and open to new tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach in a truly personalized way — one student at a time.
• Differentiate and personalize academic instruction and support social and emotional development in students ranging from 4th - 12th grades.
• Build strong, consistent partnerships with parents and guardians.

• Keep student records accurate and organized.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree(s) or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach Spanish courses, levels 1-5, and High School Math Courses following content standards — curriculum and resource(s) provided.
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay Range

USD $28.50 - USD $28.50 /Hr.
