SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield is seeking bilingual caregivers who speak English and Spanish and hold a valid driver’s license to join our team. As a caregiver you will provide compassionate, non-medical support in clients’ homes, helping with daily activities and ensuring safety and comfort.

You’ll build trusted relationships with seniors and individuals with disabilities, monitor changes, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with our office team to deliver consistent, empathetic care.

Competenze

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

We are a non-medical home care company dedicated to helping our clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients while providing compassionate and trusted care. Our Caregivers are responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, personal care, ambulation, transfers, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. You will also monitor and report changes in client condition, maintain accurate records of services provided, and collaborate with our office team to ensure comprehensive care.
