Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Florida is seeking compassionate, bilingual caregivers to deliver non-medical in-home care. You will offer companionship, assist with light tasks, and coordinate with families to maintain client well-being.

Flexible schedules and dependable shifts are available across the West Palm Beach area. Competitive pay ($16–$18/hour), direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, and overtime/holiday pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates should speak two languages fluently.
• Empathy and strong communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
