College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn seeks adjunct faculty to teach non-credit Spanish through Continuing Education. Instructors should be fluent in English and Spanish and able to teach in-person on the Glen Ellyn campus, with occasional remote options.

Most courses are short, meet weekly for three hours over five weeks, and offer stipends with no academic credit. Prior adult-teaching experience is preferred; a pre-employment background check is required.

• Continuing Education courses are short, focused courses offered for personal growth and development.
• We are currently seeking instructors to teach non-credit, in person, adult enrichment language Spanish courses.
• Instructors should be fluent in both English and the language they are teaching.
• Most non-credit language courses for adults meet once a week for three hours on a weekday evening or Saturday morning for 5 weeks.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and instruct in classroom, lab, or online formats.
• Evaluate students and submit required paperwork related to instruction on time.
• Deliver courses in multiple delivery modes (face-to-face, online, hybrid).
