Job summary

Virginia Commercial Space, based at Wallops Island, VA, seeks an experienced Counterintelligence/Intelligence Analyst to protect the spaceport and national security interests. You will synthesize classified, proprietary, and open-source data to produce threat assessments for executive leadership.

Role requires 4+ years in intelligence, OSINT proficiency, and TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility. Expect collaboration with security teams and high-stakes decision support in a demanding aerospace

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree preferred.
• 4+ years in intelligence analysis (military, law enforcement, or private sector).
• Must obtain/maintain TS/SCI with CI polygraph clearance.
• Experience with aerospace, defense, or critical infrastructure security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a private Security Operations Center.
• Collect and analyze OSINT, SOCMINT, and other feeds to identify threats.
• Develop a comprehensive Threat Picture for the spaceport.
• Translate complex intelligence into concise leadership briefings.
• Identify patterns in social media to anticipate events.
• Collaborate with Physical Security and Cyber teams for responses.
