Job summary

SpaceX in Florida is seeking a SpacePort Integration Manager to coordinate spaceport development with NASA/KSC, the Space Force, and internal teams at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and Kennedy Space Center.

You will assist with local permitting, streamline design reviews for civil, architectural, structural, and MEP packages, and contribute to master planning of SpaceX’s Florida-based operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or STEM required.
• 3+ years leading technical process improvements or in a technical PM role in aerospace.
• 3+ years leading teams, projects, or people.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local permitting with NASA/KSC and the Space Force.
• Oversee civil, architectural, structural, and MEP design package reviews and approvals.
• Engage with Range and base construction/permitting stakeholders.
• Track site development requirements and streamline external approval processes.
• Communicate SpaceX strategic directions on construction, safety, and security to NASA/KSC, Space Force, and Range.
• Resolve conflicts related to base execution with leadership and other launch providers.
• Streamline permitting and approval processes for safe, reliable site development.
• Contribute to master planning of SpaceX’s Florida-based operations at KSC and CCSFS.
