Job summary

Star Catcher Industries is seeking an Electrical Technician in Jacksonville, FL to assemble and repair high‑reliability boards and cable harnesses for space missions. You will work on PCB assembly, wire harnesses, documentation, and testing to support flight hardware.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in high-reliability circuit board assembly and rework.
• Experience with high-reliability cable harness assembly and rework.
• Ability to read schematics, layouts, and test data to diagnose faults.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-reliability PCB assembly and rework to IPC Class 3 standards.
• Repair circuit boards by interpreting schematics and test data to diagnose faults.
• Fabricate and test cable harnesses including crimping, soldering, and harness documentation.
• Write and maintain harness wiring diagrams, pinout tables, and travelers.
• Execute electrical testing and validation including continuity and hipot where applicable.
• Assist with board bring-up and system-level integration testing.
• Maintain lab space, tools, calibration, and ESD practices.
• Improve lab processes and ensure traceability for flight hardware.
