Qualifications

• 8+ years of spacecraft thermal engineering experience.
• 2+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Demonstrated competency in spacecraft thermal design.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of thermal subsystems.
• Lead a cross-functional thermal engineering team.
• Develop and maintain subsystem Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Ensure quality deliverables aligned with critical path delivery.
