Apex Technology, Inc. in Playa Vista is seeking a Simulation Software Engineering Intern to work with the engineering team on satellite test platforms. You\'ll contribute to developing closed-loop simulations and gain hands-on experience over a 12-week program.

You\'ll have a dedicated mentor, participate in learning sessions, and join community events to build skills in 6DOF SITL/HITL testing with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
• BS or MS in CS/CE/EE/Aerospace or related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++.
• Experience with modeling and embedded system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop closed-loop spacecraft test platforms (6DOF SITL/HITL).
• Execute simulation testing strategies to validate performance, functionality, and reliability of satellite systems.
