Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in quality control/inspection in the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeters) and testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and tests on in-process products and finished goods using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to verify product compliance.
• Document and report quality issues, non-conformances, and inspection results accurately.
• Perform root cause analyses and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain quality inspection tools and equipment.
• Support development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
• Assist with audits to ensure regulatory and company requirements compliance.
• Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues and recommend improvements.
