Job summary

Impulse in Redondo Beach is seeking a Production Coordinator to drive day-to-day factory execution. This position involves coordinating between multiple departments to ensure efficient production schedules and material readiness.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, and familiarity with ERP/MES systems. Attractive compensation of $25 - $35 / hour with potential long-term incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production control, supply chain, operations, or planning.
• Demonstrated experience using ERP, MRP, MES, and/or QMS systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Release and manage manufacturing work orders in ERP/MES systems.
• Coordinate movement of hardware between departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
