Job summary

Motive Workforce is seeking an experienced Spacecraft PCB Design Engineer to support development, integration, and testing of electrical hardware for spacecraft programs in Los Angeles. This hands-on role covers PCB design, board bring-up, hardware debugging, and spacecraft-level testing across the design-build-test lifecycle.

The successful candidate will design avionics subsystems, flatsat emulators, and contribute to electrical integration procedures while ensuring compliance with aerospace

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace electrical engineering and PCB design.
• Ability to perform board bring-up and hardware debugging for spacecraft subsystems.
• Proven skills in integration of compute, power, and avionics with spacecraft systems.
• Familiarity with spaceflight hardware testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute spacecraft electrical PCB design, integration, and testing.
• Design avionics subsystems and flatsat emulators with focus on reliability.
• Develop electrical integration and board bring-up procedures.
• Support design and use of electrical support equipment.
• Collaborate to integrate subsystems across spacecraft architecture.
