Job summary

SEAKR Engineering is seeking an engineer to join the Integration and Test group, taking ownership of build-to-print unit testing during integration. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting with standard lab equipment, and implementing engineering changes to ensure a high-quality final spacecraft electronics product.

The ideal candidate has a BSEE with 2–5 years of experience, knowledge of digital/analog circuits, FPGAs, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required; 2–5 years experience.
• Experience producing, integrating and testing spacecraft electronics.
• Fundamental knowledge of digital/analogue electronics, processors, FPGAs, power supplies.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and production travelers.
• Ability to test and troubleshoot systems from component to system level.
• Experience with lab test scripts and data extraction is plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; methodical, disciplined testing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the responsible engineer for build-to-print unit test during integration.
• Implement engineering changes as needed and troubleshoot with lab equipment.
• Read and interpret digital/analog schematics; review test procedures.
• Test and troubleshoot complex electronics from component to system level.
• Analyze production metrics and improve test flows and yield.
