Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our Finance team in Los Angeles. This high-impact role partners with Engineering to drive headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a fast-moving aerospace business.

You will own headcount modeling, provide financial visibility to Engineering and R&D leadership, and contribute to annual budgets and long-range plans while delivering insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A or related analytical finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance-analysis skills.
• Experience partnering with Engineering or R&D stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own headcount planning and modeling across the company with department-level forecasts.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver financial visibility to leadership.
• Contribute to annual budgets, reforecasts, and long-range planning.
• Perform variance analysis and surface actionable insights for exec leadership.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly reporting and executive materials.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and system enhancements.
