Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space's Engineering and Technology organization seeks a Circuit Design Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and sustain electronic circuits and test equipment for complex spacecraft and measurement systems. This role involves use of COTS and custom hardware across multidisciplinary teams.

You will apply circuit design, analysis, layout, and hardware development processes to ensure reliable system performance, and support hardware verification in real hardware environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in circuit design or electronics development.
• Experience with analog/digital circuit design and analysis.
• Experience with schematic capture and circuit simulation tools.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and validate analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for test systems and electronic hardware.
• Develop schematics, PCB/CCA designs, and engineering documentation.
• Support the design, fabrication, and testing of custom test equipment and electronic assemblies.
• Coordinate with fabrication shops, quality teams, technicians, and other disciplines.
• Participate in design reviews, drawing revisions, and release processes.
• Troubleshoot circuits, assemblies, and test systems during integration and test activities.
• Perform circuit analysis, component selection, and support trade studies.
• Communicate issues, risks, and status to team members and leadership.
• Apply Agile practices in a fast-paced team environment.
