Job summary

True Anomaly in Long Beach, CA is seeking a hands-on technician to build our next generation of spacecraft. You will work across the Spacecraft build, factory setup and operations, ensuring harness assembly and test activities follow engineering direction.

Candidates should have 2+ years in spacecraft assembly and a technical degree. The role is onsite with overtime eligibility and includes equity plus comprehensive health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or certification in relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in spacecraft or space products assembly.
• Excellent assembly and integration skills.
• Ability to read drawings and process sheets.
• Experience with ESD, FOD, cleanroom operations.
• Experience with spacecraft harness fabrication, rework and installation.
• Strong communication and teamwork; autonomous work capability.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs; cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test Spacecraft harnesses per engineering drawings and direction.
• Assist with the setup and execution of Thermal Vacuum chambers and vibe facilities.
• Ensure processes and cleanroom protocols are followed by all personnel.
• Own the product build from piece parts to full assemblies.
• Execute anomaly dispositions from engineering.
