Job summary

A leading aerospace technology firm seeks a Technician to contribute to spacecraft assembly at its Long Beach, CA location. This onsite position requires 2+ years of experience in spacecraft or related products assembly, alongside a technical degree. Responsibilities include assembling harnesses, assisting with factory setups, ensuring protocols are followed, and taking ownership of the build process. Qualifications

• Technical degree or certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in spacecraft assembly.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a cleanroom.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test Spacecraft harnesses per engineering drawings.
• Assist with Thermal Vacuum chamber setups.
• Ensure adherence to cleanroom protocols.
• Own product build from parts to assemblies.
• Execute anomaly dispositions from engineering.

Skills

Assembly and integration expertise

Proficiency in reading engineering drawings

Experience with ESD and cleanroom operations
