- 10+ years of experience with space vehicle systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing
- 10+ years of experience with systems engineering, planning, development, integration, and testing of space vehicle subsystems
- 5+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews, such as SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR, or TRR,
- Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira
- Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractor teammates
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
- 10+ years of experience with space vehicle systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing
- Experience with space vehicle level tests, including system performance tests, TVAC, acoustics, or EMI and EMC testing
- Experience performing multiple systems engineering and program management functions
- Experience with requirements verification
- Knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycle and milestones and DoD systems engineering, testing, and production policies, standards, and practices
- Knowledge of satellite space, ground, or user segments
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
- PMP, ESEP, CSEP, or OCSMP

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
