EWOR is building a new department and seeking exceptional operators and builders to join the team. You’ll have the autonomy to architect systems, define strategy, and drive from idea to production in a high-growth environment with equity upside.

You will work with an elite team across engineering, research, and commercial leadership, translating ambitious plans into concrete roadmaps while prioritizing rapid execution and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• High-agency builder mindset with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Space Tech.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive prototype-to-production implementation.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potential spin-off.
