EWOR is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a new department, driving 0-to-1 initiatives in Space Tech. You will translate strategic vision into concrete roadmaps and rapidly move from prototype to production, owning end-to-end delivery with high agency.

You will work with an elite team, report directly to the department founder, and enjoy equity upside as part of a high-growth, independent setup that values fast execution over corporate bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in Space Tech.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off.
