Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment/HR Coordinator to support our fast-growing space tech company. You will coordinate interviews, manage job postings, maintain the Lever ATS, and communicate with candidates throughout the process.

You will also assist with onboarding, background checks, and internship programs, while partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR to implement hiring plans and projects. A passion for recruitment and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or related business administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and familiarity with ATS systems (Lever preferred).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, team-oriented, and a passion for recruitment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and CesiumAstro staff, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
• Manage job postings on various platforms, including the company website and external job boards.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Support the onboarding process by conducting pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and coordinating start dates.
• Pull reports on recruitment metrics through our ATS, Lever.
• Coordinate internship program in partnership with Human Resources.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team on candidate experience.
