• Directly supervise Section Managers across Science Infrastructure, Facility Operations and Technology Integration; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Conduct annual performance reviews, goal setting, development plans and merit recommendations.
• Interface with customers to address technical topics, schedules, risks, resources and performance updates.
