You’ll drive workforce planning, build pipelines for critical roles, and coach recruiters to improve performance and stakeholder satisfaction. Hybrid schedule in East Aurora, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Ability to drive recruiting performance through data and process improvement.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
