Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering Llc is recruiting a Systems Engineer to perform comprehensive systems engineering activities across IT and engineering domains. You will translate customer requirements into hardware/software specifications and manage lifecycle constraints.

The role emphasizes DoD lifecycle processes, architecture, data management and verification, with opportunities to lead large Agile/DevSecOps programs and collaborate on complex system-of-systems projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Secret clearance required.
• Strong knowledge of system design, integration, and architecture.
• Experience with a broad range of system types: HW/SW, COTS/GOTS HW/SW, and/or specialty engineering.

Responsibilities

• Converts customer requirements into total systems solutions considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Performs functional, timeline, and trade studies; allocates requirements and defines interfaces.
• Provides information for selection, implementation techniques, and tools for efficient solutions; plans for current and future capacity.
• Manages large Agile or DevSecOps teams/projects, including cost estimating, risk management, and scheduling.
• Designs, develops, delivers and deploys engineered solutions following DoD lifecycle engineering processes.
