Job summary
The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Test and Evaluation Senior Manager and Capability Leader to drive the Space Systems Verification and Test Enterprise Capability. You will lead cross-site teams across El Segundo, Huntsville, Kennedy Space Center, and more to mature the capability and ensure first-time quality.
Requires 10+ years in test/engineering leadership, advanced engineering degree, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in engineering, computer science, physics or chemistry.
- 10+ years of experience in test and/or engineering leadership.
- Experience with satellite products or space flight hardware.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Space Systems Verification and Test Capability.
- Develop capability strategy including asset and capacity management.
- Maintain program situational awareness and drive root-cause corrective actions.
- Foster relationships with executive level partners and site program management.
- Provide effective Laboratory Test Operations and MBSE/Data Analytics innovation.
