Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a seasoned lead full stack developer to guide software and system development from vision to production. You will lead a team, adopt new tools, and drive improvements across architecture, security, and deployment in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities include enabling software-enabled products, mentoring staff, and collaborating across disciplines to meet program goals. A Secret clearance and BS are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading space system or missile defense software teams.
• Experience with weapon system requirements, design, and performance analysis.
• Experience with DevOps principles, including automated CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, infra automation, and cloud monitoring.
• Experience with systems architecture, requirements management, and baseline management.
• Experience providing technical leadership for a software team and mentoring employees.
• Experience with reviews of complex systems per SETR process.
• Knowledge of SysML, DoDAF, and UAF.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work on cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
