Job summary

KBR is seeking a Sustainment Production Lead to support SSC PMO at Peterson Space Force Base, CO. You will lead a dispersed team of SE&I engineers, drive system integration across space and ground segments, and ensure successful transition-to-operations for A3M and PATS programs.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of SE&I, strong leadership, and DoD PMO experience, with a focus on program execution, risk management, and customer collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 12+ years of SEIT work experience including QM, baseline management, IV&V.
• 5+ years of leadership, engineering management.
• 5+ years of DoD PMO experience and understanding of DoD processes.
• Experience with post-Milestone C programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition SE&I engineers and maintain client relations.
• Coordinate with Government, IPT, and prime contractor to close requirements gaps.
• Manage Risks/Issues/Opportunities, deliver CDRLs and track interdependencies.
• Develop integration strategies for SATCOM systems and subsystems.
• Provide technical briefings to PMO and stakeholders; develop COAs.
