Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA is seeking Associate Level Engineers to join a 3-year Engineering Rotation Program. This onsite program rotates through electrical, aerospace, mechanical, and systems engineering tracks to develop future leaders.

Rotations span multiple facilities, include hands-on design, build, test, and integration work, and emphasize Lean principles, mentorship, and leadership development. A BS in engineering or related field plus 2+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership positions (e.g., club president or project manager).
  • Internships or work experiences during studies are expected.
  • GPA should be listed in resume.

Responsibilities

  • Acclimate rotators to the work environment and empower them to become future leaders through coaching and group activities.
  • Gain hands-on experience across satellite, network, and information assurance technologies and program lifecycles.
  • Rotations may include space electronics, spacecraft systems engineering, thermal/structural design, antenna design, or integration and test.
  • Engage in special technical projects and volunteer for events such as Engineers Week (E-Week).
  • Receive career counseling on technical and managerial paths offered during development.
  • Network with leadership and work across engineering organizations after graduation.
