Job summary

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering or other major requiring engineering or mathematical core courses.
  • 5+ years' reliability experience in design, operations, or manufacturing.
  • Proven cross-disciplinary experience across mechanical, fluid, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Knowledge of quality and configuration management systems.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible immigrant.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and decompose reliability requirements.
  • Perform reliability predictions on mechanical and electrical components.
  • Conduct system-level reliability assessments.
  • Perform reliability/life test design and reliability growth modelling.
