Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related business or STEM field.
• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Experience managing hardware/software programs of similar size and complexity.
• Available to work in-person at a CACI facility in Sterling, VA and hold a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary agile team to design, develop, and deploy capabilities for space missions.
• Communicate issues and solutions to the Government Program Office in a timely, transparent manner.
• Translate evolving customer priorities into actionable work items aligned with space domain needs.
• Manage contract and technical performance to drive program success.
• Identify dependencies and remove blockers to meet timelines and objectives.
