Job summary

D3 Air and Space Operations, Inc. seeks a Space Systems and Military Technology Analyst to support SAF/IA and USSF. The analyst applies operational, tactical, and technical space expertise to export controls, foreign disclosure, and space system equities across SDA, SBST, Space Control, MWT, SATCOM, and PNT.

Travel up to 25% and on-site work at government facilities are required. A Bachelor's degree, Final TS/SCI clearance, and 5+ years in space operations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; emphasis in International Affairs per BAH RFP.
• FINAL TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in space operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of DAF export and foreign disclosure guidance.
• Identify TRFD requirements for space systems and technologies.
• Coordinate with industry, interagency, and partners to export interoperable space systems.
• Analyze complex space tech policies for release and export to international partners.
• Provide technical support (briefings, papers) for USG engagements.
• Advise SAF/IA and USSF leadership on security cooperation and FMS for space systems.
